How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security and click "Change Password". You will need to enter your current password and choose a new one. All active sessions will be terminated for security.

Can I change my email address?

Email changes are handled by our support team for security purposes. Contact support to request an email change.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion can be requested through Settings. Note that accounts with active GPUs, rentals, or pending payouts must resolve these first.

What happens if my account is suspended?

Suspended accounts cannot log in or access platform services. All active rentals are terminated. Contact support to discuss the suspension and any steps needed to reinstate your account.
